Key Responsibilities:
🔹 International Recruitment
- Manage end -to -end recruitment for overseas positions (SEA & global markets)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and country leads across different regions
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
- Maintain recruitment tracking, reports, and talent databases
🔹 Training & HR Events
- Plan and coordinate internal training programs, onboarding sessions, and HR events
- Support leadership training, workshops, and company -wide people initiatives
- Manage event logistics, timelines, materials, and post -event evaluations
🔹 HR Operations Support
- Assist in HR documentation, contracts, and employee data for international teams
- Support HR projects related to performance, engagement, and culture
- Ensure smooth communication between HR, management, and employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Minimum
1 -2 years of experience
in HR, recruitment, or people operations - Experience handling
overseas / international recruitment
is a strong plus - Strong communication skills in
English
(written & verbal) - Well -organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in training coordination or event management is highly preferred
