About the Role


We are looking for an experienced
Trade Marketing Manager
to drive sales performance and strengthen brand visibility across key retail and distributor channels. This role will work closely with Sales, Key Account, and cross -functional teams to execute impactful trade programs and ensure strong in -market execution.


What You Will Do



  • Develop and execute
    trade marketing strategies
    to support sales growth and brand visibility across channels.

  • Plan, implement, and monitor
    trade promotions, campaigns, and product launches
    .

  • Support Sales and Key Account teams with
    channel programs and trading term execution
    .

  • Manage
    trade marketing budgets
    , ensuring effective allocation and strong ROI.

  • Analyze sales data, promotion effectiveness, and market trends to generate actionable insights.

  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales Field, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.


What We’re Looking For



  • Minimum
    5 + years of experience
    in Trade Marketing within
    FMCG
    .

  • Strong understanding of
    modern trade, general trade, and distributor channels
    .

  • Highly
    analytical and commercial mindset
    , with strong execution capability.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross -functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem -solving skills.

  • Results -driven, hands -on, and comfortable working in a fast -paced environment.
