Job Descriptions:
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors and handle routine inquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain investor -related materials such as pitch decks, shareholder updates, and presentations.
- Keep investor databases, cap tables, and shareholding records up to date and accurate.
- Prepare, review, and manage investor and corporate documents (e.g., resolutions, share certificates, regulatory filings, and meeting minutes).
- Organize Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, compiling materials, and taking minutes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and corporate secretarial teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and filings.
- Assist in key corporate events such as fundraising, mergers, or other strategic initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Investor Relations and related functions.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome).
- Experience as an auditor is preferred; prior experience (minimum 1 year) in audit, legal, or corporate secretarial roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time -management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Demonstrated interest in finance, market analysis, or investor relations is highly desirable.
