Job Description:
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s total rewards strategy to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness across all business units.
- Design, manage, and communicate compensation and benefits policies, including executive and management compensation programs.
- Oversee job evaluation, job classification, salary structures, employee benefits, retirement programs, and leave administration in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Lead the Compensation & Benefits team in preparing, analyzing, and reporting workforce and rewards data to support business and leadership decisions.
- Manage HRIS operations and personnel data governance to ensure data accuracy, security, integrity, and effective reporting across the organization.
- Drive proactive use of HRIS to improve HR processes, resolve system issues, and support business needs through data -driven solutions.
- Oversee digitalization and maintenance of HR records and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations related to compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
- Lead special projects, benchmarking studies, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and best practices.
- Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget in collaboration with Finance, including regular monitoring and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience
in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS, with at least
5 years in a leadership role
. - Proven experience in a hospital, healthcare, or other related industries.
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, and benefits administration.
- Solid understanding of HRIS platforms, HR data governance, and digital HR processes.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem -solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to advise senior leaders and executives.
- Good integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
