Telesales Specialist
who will call customers
after their purchase
to understand their needs, recommend additional products, and close upsell opportunities that increase LTV and deepen customer loyalty.
This role is for someone who loves being on the phone, understands customer psychology, and thrives on hitting sales revenue targets.
🎯
Your Mission
- Make
outbound post -purchase calls
to customers to understand their skin concerns, expectations, and experience. - Upsell and cross -sell
relevant skincare products based on customer goals. - Clearly explain product benefits and how they integrate into the customer’s existing purchase.
- Handle objections confidently and
close sales
directly on the call. - Maintain accurate call notes, conversion data, and revenue impact in the CRM.
- Follow a structured call flow while still delivering a personalized experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to share customer insights and improve retention strategies.

What You Bring
- 3 -5 + years of
telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales
closing
experience. - Proven success in
closing deals over the phone
and achieving sales targets. - Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or B2C subscription businesses is an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection -handling skills.
- Ability to quickly match customer needs with the right product recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
- A positive, energetic, and revenue -driven mindset with a customer -first approach.
