• Conduct IT operation monitoring within the Company.
• Provide 1st level support (internal and external customer).
• Perform network troubleshooting in the Company environment.
• Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the Company.
• Manage asset IT (preparation for demo, backup, POC).
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Having experience as Technical Support Engineer, Network Engineer or similar role.
• Have a basic skill of Network routing, switching and IP Phone.
• Familiar with Cisco product & environmental.
• Willing to work with a shift schedule.
• Having additional knowledge/skill in Microsoft 365 & Security (such as Palo Alto, Cisco Umbrella, Fortinet) will be prioritized.
