Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions. Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various media, such as the company website, social media platforms, and job portals. Manage the selection process from CV screening, interviews, to job offers. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and educational institutions. Organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars. Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and strategies in collaboration with leaders. Coordinate with the OD & HC team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain the company’s image through effective employer branding.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related field. At least 3 year of work experience in recruitment or human resources. Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms. Ability to create job descriptions and selection criteria, and coordinate with relevant users. Data analysis skills to evaluate recruitment process effectiveness. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Creativity in designing innovative recruitment strategies. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Understanding of industry trends and labor market needs. Willing to be Placed in Jababeka 2-Cikarang, West Java
