Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions. Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various media, such as the company website, social media platforms, and job portals. Manage the selection process from CV screening, interviews, to job offers. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and educational institutions. Organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars. Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and strategies in collaboration with leaders. Coordinate with the OD & HC team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain the company’s image through effective employer branding.
