This role's objective is to handle the aircraft maintenance project and to support the Licensed Engineer to do the project. This role is needed to work with the team and independently. They also need to ensure the highest standards of airworthiness, quality, safety, and performance are met by complying with all company requirements and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: Perform airframe work that requires advanced knowledge. Carry out all forms of airframe maintenance according to directions from superiors. Perform airframe care and maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOPs and approved maintenance data. Ensure that the highest standards of airworthiness, quality, safety and performance are met by complying with all company requirements and applicable laws. Ensure that all assigned tasks can be carried out effectively and efficiently. Maintain and repair workshop equipment and tools when necessary. Demonstrate good communication skills, professionalism, and attitude without reducing performance quality. Must be present regularly and must be willing to work overtime if needed. Can work independently and not depend on other people. Willing to carry out all forms of tasks and responsibilities directed by superiors.
