Support the Business Head by ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking for strategic initiatives. Key Deliverables: Lead and track ongoing transformation and operational improvement projects, ensuring timely progress and resolution of issues. Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and operational transparency. Provide execution support to the Business Head by coordinating cross-functional teams, following up on deliverables, and maintaining project updates. Identify improvement opportunities across processes, data systems, and supply chain practices to strengthen efficiency and profitability. Prepare management dashboards, progress trackers, and briefing notes for governance reviews.
