Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition :
- Manage the
 end -to -end recruitment cycle
 for all roles (corporate, commercial, operations, and technical/ICT positions).
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver
 workforce planning strategies
 aligned with company growth.
- Build and maintain a
 talent pipeline
 across multiple job families (AI/ICT, sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, etc.).
- Execute
 high -volume and specialized hiring campaigns
 for both project -based and permanent roles.
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (time -to -fill, cost -per -hire, quality of hire, diversity ratios) to ensure process efficiency.
- Manage relationships with
 external vendors, agencies, and universities
 to expand sourcing capabilities.
Employer Branding :
- Design and execute the
 Employer Branding roadmap
 to position Lintasarta as an
 employer of choice
 across industries.
- Drive
 multi -channel campaigns
 (social media, digital platforms, career fairs, campus programs, community events).
- Collaborate with Marketing  & Communications to integrate
 EVP messaging
 into corporate communications.
- Monitor
 brand effectiveness
 using candidate surveys, engagement metrics, and market feedback.
- Strengthen the
 Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
 to appeal to both technical and non -technical talent pools.
Talent & Market Insights:
- Conduct
 talent market mapping
 for critical roles across corporate functions, commercial roles, and ICT/AI positions.
- Provide regular insights to management on
 industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations
 .
- Support business transformation initiatives with
 strategic workforce planning
 .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. Minimum
 5–7 years’ experience
 in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding across multiple job families (corporate & technical).
- Strong track record in handling
 diverse hiring portfolios
 (sales, corporate, leadership, ICT/AI, and project roles).
- Proven experience in
 employer branding campaigns
 and EVP development.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with
 ATS platforms and HR technologies
 (e.g., Oracle Fusion, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI -driven sourcing tools).
- Fluent in both
 English and Bahasa Indonesia
