Job Description
- Develop, implement, and execute business development and growth strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Identify, design, and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead end -to -end stakeholder management, including project planning, coordination, and successful roll -out of initiatives.
- Manage and execute ad -hoc projects and assignments with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Track and analyze project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic or project management
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Proven project management experience, preferably in fast -paced or dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive under ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
