Job Description
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Develop weekly and monthly content plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Create clear content briefs for the creative team and external content creators.
- Monitor and apply current social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
- Write engaging captions that reflect the brand’s tone of voice.
- Handle content posting, scheduling, and community engagement (DMs & comments).
- Track, analyze, and prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, KOL, and E -Commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or Digital Content Planner.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or wellness brands is an advantage.
- Creative, agile, proactive, and able to work in a fast -paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite (WFO) in South Jakarta.
