Job Description* Plan content for marketing BAU and ad hoc campaigns across channels (Facebook/Instagram/other channels)



  • Work closely with Social Media and Paid Performance team to create proper briefs to Creative team to produce high quality content

  • Develop content that accommodates the latest trend in features, channels & campaigns

  • Help to produce static banner/video content for organic & paid performance channels.

  • Publish marketing content across channels on a daily basis.

  • Monitor closely social media & content performance in the form of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

  • Execute and monitor social media giveaways and activities (online events).

  • Initiate plans and activities to optimize marketing & social media strategy.

  • Assist in the publication & documentation of marketing activities

  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement.

  • Promoting a brand's products or services in a way that elevates the brand as a whole


Job Requirements* Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or any related fields.



  • Willing to work full-time from the office (Bandung).

  • Active in social media. Experience in managing brand marketing/social media business accounts can be a plus.

  • Up to date with the latest social media trends and features.

  • Strong written (copywriting) and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic graphic design (Canva, AI, etc.) and simple video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc) are a plus.

  • Creative thinking and have the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with industry trends.
