Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Social Media Strategy:
- Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligning with Dekoruma's overall brand vision and business objectives. (e.g., lead generation, project inquiries, brand authority).
- Identify key content pillars, audience segments, and platform -specific approaches to maximize impact and engagement.
- Own and manage the overall social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and inspiring brand narrative.
Content Planning & Oversight:
- Translate project briefs and business objectives into clear, actionable visual and communication directions for social media.
- Oversee the planning, development, and curation of all social media content (static images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) for Dekoruma social media channels, ensuring it is inspiring, relatable, and high -quality.
- Collaborate closely with the stake holders and the creative production team to source and create compelling assets.
Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all creative output for social media channels strictly adheres to Dekoruma's brand guidelines and maintains a premium, high -end aesthetic.
- Implement quality control processes to guarantee excellence and consistency across all published content.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all Interior Design social media content and campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Utilize data to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of social media efforts for the ID unit.
- Stay up -to -date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to interior design and home decor.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as the primary social media point of contact, proactively communicating plans, updates, and performance to stakeholders (e.g., ID Marketing, ID Sales, Creative Production Lead).
- Collaborate with the Marcomm, Commercial, and Business Insight teams to ensure social media strategies and content are informed by broader marketing goals and data -driven insights.
Qualifications
- ≥3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media channels.
- Currently in a junior management or senior executive role within social media, eager to step up into a full management position
- Prior experience in the home decor, interior design, lifestyle, or related industries is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Excellent content strategy and planning skills.
- Ability to analyze social media data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross -functional teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of creative production processes (graphic design, video) and ability to brief creative teams effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
