Job Description
- Improve product quality & testing process by make comprehensive scenario cases and risk -based testing implementation
- Hands -on involvement with one or more product features
- Reviewing test artifacts such as test cases, test reports, automation scripts, reported bugs across different environments, and/or RFCs (if any)
- Setting quality metrics in collaboration with EM/HOE and tracking them continuously
- Raising the quality bar by applying best quality practices and testing techniques
- Conducting regular 1:1s with direct reports and their leader (EM or HOE)
- Driving an automation -first testing approach and strengthening automation skill sets within the team
- Hands -on involvement with one or more product features
- Participating in Scrum events and tribe -level OKR discussions
- Setting squad -specific OKRs aligned with tribe OKRs
Requirements / Qualifications
- Strong domain knowledge in Accounting and/or Inventory systems
- Good understanding of product analysis and business analysis, including the ability to translate business requirements into effective test strategies
- Background or experience as a Product Owner (PO) or Product Manager (PM) is a strong advantage and will be prioritized
- Passionate problem solver with a proactive, vigilant, responsible, and collaborative mindset
- Experience working closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams in domain -driven product development is highly valued.
- Nice to have understand about test automation using tools such as playwright, selenium or similar
- Solid understanding of release pipeline processes
- Knowledge of web services and REST APIs
- Proficient in SQL (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL)
