Position Objectives
Support and manage the execution of all strategic and technology initiatives across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management (80%)
Project Initiation
- Support the creation of medium to large project business cases (scope, goals, deliverables, cost, timeline, dependencies, resources, milestones)
- Plan and conduct requirement workshops, system evaluations, and user requirement gathering
- Ensure project objectives, roles, and responsibilities are clearly communicated to stakeholders
Project Execution
- Manage and lead assigned projects to ensure objectives are achieved
- Provide effective management support to project teams on medium to large projects
- Ensure project plans are maintained, deliverables tracked, costs and resources monitored
- Define and implement appropriate project governance based on project size and complexity
- Ensure project management framework is followed end -to -end
- Coordinate publication, review, and sign -off of key project deliverables
- Manage SOW creation/review, vendor management, and governance
- Support project audits and security reviews
- Manage project financials
- Monitor and report project progress to the project board and stakeholders
- Coordinate quality activities, manage risks, issues, and change control
Project Closure
- Ensure smooth BAU handover to production support teams and formal project closure
- Conduct post -implementation reviews and document lessons learned
Other Responsibilities (20%)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor to meet business requirements
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1 ) in Technical, Information Systems, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT
- At least 4 years in Project Management
Certifications (Advantage)
- Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Business certification (e.g. FLMI – LOMA)
Special Skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile) and PMO/Project Management
- Solid understanding of project management frameworks
- Proven experience working with internal stakeholders
- Experience delivering projects in fast -paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem -solving, decision -making, and judgment abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia
