About You:



  • Assess and identify potential partnerships that align with Krom Bank's lending strategy.

  • Develop proposals and present partnership opportunities to the credit committee for approval.

  • Ensure successful execution of partnerships by driving disbursements and measurable outcomes.

  • Monitor performance metrics for all lending collaborations and refine strategies to achieve continuous growth

  • Build and nurture partnerships aimed at growing deposit accounts through third - party collaborations.

  • Identify cross -selling opportunities that leverage lending and deposit products to enhance partnership value.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, credit, legal, and technology teams, to align partnerships with business goals.

  • Develop roadmaps with the operations and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery of new initiatives.

  • Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to


regulatory requirements.



  • Navigate regulatory challenges to mitigate risks and maintain operational excellence

  • Establish KPIs to track the impact of partnerships, focusing on disbursements and customer growth.

  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights, continuously optimizing strategies to improve outcomes.

  • Execute strategic direction on partnership initiatives and lending opportunities.

  • Influence key stakeholders to secure support and foster alignment across departments.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation and ensure long -term success for Krom Bank’s lending strategy.


About You:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Extensive experience in business development or partnership management, particularly in lending or fintech industries.

  • Proven success in proposing and implementing partnerships that resulted in measurable disbursement and account growth.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial and lending sectors, including compliance with anti -money laundering and data privacy standards.

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills with a track record of managing complex initiatives.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data -driven decision -making.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain high -level partnerships.

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
