Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance including communications and coordination on the executive’s behalf
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders
- Managing the management team’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Preparing office memos, business letters, presentation materials and organize business trips
Qualifications
- Responsive and able to multitask
- Preferably minimum 2 years of experience as secretary or personal assistant
- Technology -savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
