About the Role


The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable growth through data -driven paid marketing strategies. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns across digital channels to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.


What We’re Looking For



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field from reputable university is preferable.

  • Minimum 3 -5 years work experience as performance marketing (having an experience in D2C brand or performance marketing agency is preferable)

  • Have experience handle skincare product

  • Have a proven experience in running paid aids (Facebook ads, Tiktok Ads, etc)

  • Familiar with Excel/Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, tiktok ads manager and other digital marketing tools

  • Have the ability to conduct A/B testing and identify the winning campaign

  • Strong creative and analytical skills

  • Agile, independent, and resilient individual who is eager to learn and willing to strive for continuous growth.

  • Have a Meta media planning professional certification is a plus


What You Will Do



  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads,

  • Marketplace Ads (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads etc.

  • Responsible for the end to end performance marketing activities

  • Develop performance marketing strategy based on trends, consumer behaviour, and overall business strategy.

  • Control, monitor, and optimise digital advertising budget, ads delivery quality, and ads metrics (Reach, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc)

  • Work with marketing (content and creative team) in order to create winning campaign creative.

  • Evaluate every campaign strategy and execution and propose action plan on how to improve future performance

  • Measure and report performance of all paid digital ads, and value based on KPI

  • Create weekly & monthly reports of performance marketing activities.
