Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Assist in conducting market research to identify potential markets and customer segments.
  2. Help analyze market trends and customer behavior to support marketing strategies.

Lead Generation and Sales Support:

  1. Support lead generation efforts through various channels such as email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  2. Assist in developing sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.

Data Collection and Management:

  1. Collect and maintain data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Assist in regular data cleaning and validation processes.

Customer Insights and Reporting:

  1. Help perform data analysis to extract customer insights and prepare basic reports and visualizations.
  2. Assist in creating dashboards to track key performance metrics.

Sales Performance Tracking:

  1. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  2. Track the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotions.

Product Knowledge and Client Interactions:

  1. Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services.
  2. Assist in arranging and conducting client meetings to understand their needs and present solutions.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  1. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  2. Help gather and analyze customer feedback for product and service improvement.

Predictive Analysis and Modeling:

  1. Assist in basic predictive analytics and modeling to forecast sales trends and customer behaviors.

Event Participation and Networking:

  1. Help represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
  2. Support efforts to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirement :


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Some experience or internship in sales, marketing, and/or data analysis (1 year preferred).
  3. Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills to support sales and marketing efforts.
  7. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and assist with client interactions.
  8. Ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  10. Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  11. Attention to detail in data handling and analysis.
  12. Demonstrated ability to contribute to meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  13. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  14. Flexibility to support various sales and marketing activities as needed.
  15. Adptable, collaborative and commitment to excellence.
