- Input customer data in CRM to help Account Manager or Presales register the sales opportunity in CRM.
- Gather and prepare all documents or data from Account Manager or Presales and related departments to support all sales activities.
- Prepare all sales data such as SPK, PO, DO, BAST, Slip Payment to 3rd party, etc for audit
- Undertake new tasks and additional responsibility, take action as anticipations, and go the extra mile to enhance job results and avoid problems.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Have 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Able to manage priorities effectively
- Good communication and time management skills
- Solid experience in archiving and filing important documents
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang and South Jakarta
