SALES ASSOCIATE (TRAINING & CONSULTING PRODUCTS)

Optimasi Rantai Suplai Indonesia (ORSI) is the elite partner of PASAS Institute (Singapore) for professional certification & training in supply chain management. Since our establishment in 2018, we have provided training and consulting services to a wide range of clients, including leading multinational corporations, prominent national enterprises, state -owned companies, as well as ministries and government institutions across Indonesia

We are currently seeking a passionate and self -driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic organization dedicated to advancing supply chain excellence and professional development.

About the role:

The Talent for this position will excel at creating and closing supply chain management training & professional certification products sales opportunities for B2B and B2C clients. By using a TNA consultative approach to selling the products, this Talent will use their expertise to identify and leading to new client’s sales closing and its p

aymnt.

Qualifictions:

1 . Minimum have 1 year experience in B2B and B2C sales for Training / Consulting/ Professional Certification Products, and mastering the end - to end sales to pay rocess;

2 . Have their own leads & potential client database to create sales and meet company salestargets;

3 . Have a good personal networks in corporate traning/consulting/related unctions;

4 . Have a positive and can d attitude;

5 . Have deep self -driven motivation in autonamous working evironments;

6 . Have extraordinary communication, presentation and negotition skills;

7 . Influencing and good relationships manaement skills;

8 . Able to work under committed daily activities sales target.

Responsibility:

1 . Meet and exceed daily activities & montly sales target;

2 . Successfully create sales opportunities until close its payments, from B2B and B2Ccustomers account;

3 . Manage complex sales presentation and negotiation with any -level executive with cosultative approach;

4 . Build rapport and establish long term & healthy business relationships with customers, potential c

lient influencers nd descison makers.
