Job Overview


Reports to HR Manager and works closely with Regional team.


Works with Department Managers to find the best candidates for current open roles.


Builds a network of potential employees and uses recruitment portal and sources to post job vacancies.


Continuous improvement of the service quality, also manage the operational cost of hiring at the planned level.


Talents hiring to meet the company expectation through talent development program.


Essential Job Functions



  • Identifies, evaluates candidates’ resumes and credentials, conduct interviews.

  • Formulates job descriptions, requirements, and proceeds with posting.

  • Conducts phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.

  • Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.

  • Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Doing background checks and calling references

  • Producing reports on hiring plans, details and updates.

  • Supporting the performance management and department managers/ supervisors in identifying their performance of candidates for career development.

  • Collaborating with team HR and Training


General Profile and Requirements



  • Bachelor in HR Management, Psychology or Law, or other relevant fields.

  • Fluency in English (verbal, written) as well as good native language skills are important

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a recruiter with a track record of employee placement.

  • The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.

  • Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best -suited candidates.

  • Ability to main objectivity when working through complex allegations.

  • Fully IT literate (Microsoft Office) and familiar with recruitment portals.

  • Ability to build communication and relationships with site personnel and candidates
