Qualifications
- Female, minimum age of 28 years.
- Residing in Jakarta or surrounding areas, with a maximum distance of approximately ±30 km from Sona Topas Tower.
- Willing to work on -site (WFO), Monday to Friday, from 09 .00 to 17 .00 WIB.
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience is required, preferably as a Front Office staff, Receptionist, or in an Administrative role.
- Willing to comply with the company’s appearance and grooming standards during working hours.
- Neat, professional appearance with good attitude and work ethics.
- Strong communication skills; friendly, polite, and able to build professional interpersonal relationships.
- Proficient in using computers and work -related applications (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates maturity, professional communication, and the ability to handle guests and workplace situations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive guests in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to visitors in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Receive, manage, and forward incoming phone calls, messages, and emails.
- Arrange and coordinate meeting schedules and the use of meeting rooms.
- Manage the receipt, recording, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, comfortable, and reflects a professional company image.
- Provide additional administrative support as required by the team and the company.
