Qualification
- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least min 3 years of work experience in project management with at least 3 years leading banking or financial software development projects
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (i.e Waterfall, Agile)
- Demonstrated success in managing cross -functional and cross -regional teams on complex IT Projects
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical, problem solving and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment
- Strong verbal & written communication in English and ability to provide clear and concise report to senior management
