Plan project and ensure effective and efficient project execution; Develop project plans covering scope, timeline, budget (RAB), and activities to be executed; Plan and identify risks to ensure projects run according to plan, and develop mitigation measures; Allocate human resources, equipment, and project tools to ensure delivery is within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards; Monitor and ensure project are delivered on time, on budget, and with required quality; Understand and manage all relevant project information; Manage communication, expectations, and conflict resolution with all stakeholders involved; Organize and maintain project documentation neatly and in compliance with company regulation; Continuously improve the company's project execution cycle; Provide routine progress reports and final project reports upon project completion.
