Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all existing locations and upcoming projects for Marcos Chopshop. This role includes creating and refining project layouts, developing 3D models, tendering projects with multiple contractors, and ensuring timely updates of all project diagrams. The Project Manager will also work closely with mall management to fulfill all project needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee and manage all ongoing and upcoming projects for Marcos Chopshop.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Design and Development:
Create and develop detailed project layouts and 3D models.
Refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Tendering and Contractor Coordination:
Tender the project with multiple contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Evaluate contractor bids and select the most suitable contractors.
Coordinate and manage contractor activities to ensure project milestones are met.
Documentation and Updates:
Maintain and update all project diagrams and documentation regularly.
Existing Locations Management:
Manage project -related aspects for existing locations, including minor and major renovations or fix -ups.
Liaison and Communication:
Liaise with mall management to ensure all project requirements and regulations are met.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in retail or commercial settings.
- Strong skills in layout creation and 3D model development.
- Experience with tendering projects and working with multiple contractors.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective liaison with contractors and mall management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
