Reporting Line: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Job Descriptions:
- Lead and manage cross -functional projects across hospital operations and corporate functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Act as the central coordination point for all major projects, consolidating plans, progress updates, risks, and issues from all divisions.
- Work closely with Division Heads and Project Owners to track milestones, follow up progress, and ensure accountability.
- Prepare and align regular project status reports and dashboards for the COO and executive management.
- Identify project risks, delays, and interdependencies, and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
- Ensure consistent project management practices, documentation, and reporting across all divisions.
- Support the COO in translating strategic initiatives into executable project plans and monitoring their implementation.
- Facilitate cross -division communication to ensure smooth execution and decision -making.
- Support hospital -wide initiatives such as service improvement, digitalization, system implementation, expansion projects, and accreditation readiness.
- Drive discipline in project execution, follow -up, and performance tracking across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with experience managing cross -functional projects.
- Experience as a Project Management Officer or experience working in a hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
- Structured, detail -oriented, and strong in follow -up and execution.
- Good analytical and reporting skills, especially for management -level reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams, including medical and non -medical functions.
