Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Lead and supervise daily production activities in the General Assembly area.

2. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

3. Monitor production line performance and manpower utilization.

4. Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues.

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work instructions, and company policies.

6. Support continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing activities.

7. Conduct team briefings, training, and performance monitoring for production operators.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

2. Fresh Graduate with internship experienced related functions within the automotive manufacturing industry.

3. Strong understanding of General Assembly manufacturing processes.

4. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.

5. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

6. Able to work under pressure and achieve production targets.

7. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
