Job Description Ensuring compliance to manufacturing processes and procedures of the company with the objective of achieving key performance indicators in collaboration with all stakeholders by constantly developing, planning, and implementing operational excellence and training of plant personnel. Key Deliverables Production Planning & Execution Planning to deliver the sales demand ensuring effective utilization of assets at optimum cost of operations Liaison with central and local procurement for effective planning of raw and packing materials ensuring availability as well as monitoring inventory norms Analyze breakdowns and put corrective measures to improve OEE Lead the AM Pillar team in WCM/Operational Excellence and support other pillars on production related requirements Control over warehouses for raw & packing materials and finished goods Ensure compliance to Safety and Food Safety requirements from manufacturing function Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements Review and monitor operating budgets Managing Talent Develop and train the team to improve the effectiveness of implementation of best/ next practices in the area of work. Identify training needs of team members in order to enhance skills and develop/maintain a motivated team. Driving cost culture and value delivery Review requirements of production consumables and ensure availability Review cost of production consumables and ensure adherence to budgets Projects Selection of Capacity, Capability, Appropriate Technology, Energy requirements etc for Opex and Capex Projects along with Engineering team as and when required Execute implementation of projects within timelines and cost with support of Engineering Team Assist in commissioning and start-up of new projects Strategic Effectiveness
