Job Description:
* Build, maintain, and develop long -term professional relationships with architects and consultants
* Conduct product presentations and introductions to architects and design consultants
* Act as a product consultant, providing solutions rather than engaging in direct sales activities
* Provide specification support, including material selection, product applications, and technical details
* Prepare and present technical and design materials such as product samples, catalogs etc
* Participate in architecture -related events such as seminars, exhibitions, and lunch & learn sessions
* Gather and monitor project information with potential product application opportunities
* Serve as a liaison between architects and internal teams (technical, marketing, and sales) to ensure project requirements are properly addressed
Requirement:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major
* Proven experience in product marketing, technical sales, or consulting (experience in building materials is a strong advantage)
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly to architects and design consultants
* Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and relationship -building skills
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively with cross -functional teams
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* Detail oriented
