We are looking for a passionate Backend Engineer who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our server -side applications and services. In this role, you will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and QA to translate requirements into scalable and reliable backend systems. What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high -performance backend applications in Node.js (JavaScript & TypeScript) and Golang.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Frontend teams to deliver new features and improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Optimize existing services to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability.
- Learn and apply modern backend technologies, tools, and architectures.
Requirements
- 2 -3 years of backend engineering experience.
- Hands -on experience with Node.js (mandatory: TypeScript); familiarity with Golang is a plus.
- Understanding of coding standards and best practices in production environments.
- Experience working with microservices architectures.
- Familiar with message queues/streaming platforms (e.g., Amazon SQS, SNS, Kinesis, Kafka) is a plus.
- Comfortable using Git/GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Familiar with Linux -based environments.
- Strong problem -solving and collaboration skills.
