Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding systems under Marketing product group, to effectively manage and support respective end -to -end processes and system requirements
- Communicate and work closely with operational stakeholders to identify critical pain points, analyse key business drivers, determine and formulate corresponding product plans and solution requirements
- Align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility, and value of the feature requests, to design the core functions of the designated supply chain (sub)system and deliver a comprehensive Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Strategize and prioritize product features requests, based on data -driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and pipeline management.
- Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios, coordinate the testing and live release.
- Educate internal users on the new functionalities and drive the operational implementation and adoption.
- Take the ownership of features throughout the product lifecycle, tracking KPIs, and propose further improvements with subsequent iterations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any related major
- 3 + years of product management experiences in e -commerce, or related industries
- Self -motivated with the ability to work in a fast -paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem -solving skills with clear logical thinking
- Strong communication skills, proficient in English to facilitate cross -border communications and collaborations
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong ownership and team spirit
- Can work both individually and in a team environment
