About the Role:
We are looking for a data -driven and profit -oriented Performance Marketing Specialist/ Digital Converter to build our digital sales engine from the ground up. In this role, you will not just "run ads"; you will be responsible for the end -to -end customer journey—from the first click to the final purchase. Your primary goal is to drive high -quality traffic and ensure that every dollar spent on ads generates profitable revenue (Positive ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
Ads Management & Strategy (Meta/TikTok/Google Ads):
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Strictly manage the ad budget to ensure
Revenue > Ad Spend
, maintaining a healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) at all times. - Scale winning campaigns effectively without compromising profit margins.
End -to -End Funnel Optimization:
- Design and implement a seamless sales funnel (Ad Creative - Landing Page - Checkout).
- Identify bottlenecks and drop -off points in the customer journey and fix them immediately.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Audit and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion (speed, layout, and persuasive copywriting).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and offers to find the winning formula.
Data Analysis & Tracking:
- Ensure accurate tracking setup (Pixel, GTM, Conversion API).
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CR) daily to make data -backed decisions, not assumptions.
Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum 5 -6 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Growth. - Technical Mastery:
Deep understanding of Ads Manager (Meta/TikTok), Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. - Profit -First Mindset:
You understand that "Traffic" and "Likes" are vanity metrics; Sales and ROAS are what matter. - Proven Track Record:
Must be able to show a portfolio or case studies demonstrating your ability to generate
profitable results
(High ROAS). - Strong analytical skills (comfortable with numbers/Excel).
- Solid understanding of direct -response copywriting.
- Familiarity with Landing Page builders (e.g., WordPress/Elementor, Shopify, or local platforms like Berdu/OrderOnline).
