* Execute and optimize daily campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
* Monitor CAC, CTR, CVR, CPM, and daily budget pacing
* Manage campaign setup, naming conventions, creative rotation, and audience testing
* Work closely with Performance Marketing Lead and Strategist on test execution
* QA tracking links, events, and attribution via MMP and GA4
* Provide regular performance updates and tactical recommendations
* Minimum Qualifications: • 1–3 years hands -on experience in performance or paid marketing
* Strong operational experience with Meta and Google Ads, TikTok is a plus
* Familiar with MMP tools such as Adjust, Branch, or AppsFlyer
* Detail -oriented, execution -focused, and data -driven
