Job Descriptions:



  • Support the monthly payroll process by preparing, checking, and inputting payroll data such as basic salary, overtime, allowances, incentives, and deductions based on approved data.

  • Assist in PPh 21 payroll calculations and support payroll -related tax administration under supervision.

  • Handle day -to -day administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including employee registration, data updates, and document submission.

  • Input, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide operational HR Shared Services support, including preparation of employment letters, bank reference letters, employment confirmation letters, and other standard HR documents.

  • Prepare routine payroll and HR administrative reports as required for internal use and external purposes.

  • Support payroll reconciliation and data checking to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing.

  • Assist in audit preparation by compiling payroll and HR administrative documents.

  • Coordinate with HRIS, Finance, Accounting, and related units to ensure accurate and consistent employee data.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and HR administration in accordance with established procedures and service standards.

  • Ensure payroll and HR administrative processes comply with applicable labor regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll administration or HR Shared Services.

  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment is mandatory.

  • Basic understanding of payroll processes, PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

  • Familiar with HRIS (Pro Int) and payroll systems; strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, especially those relevant to healthcare organizations.

  • Good communication skills and service -oriented mindset.

  • Well -organized, detail -oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

  • Willing to learn and able to work collaboratively within a team.
