As a Partnership Specialist (Project-Based for Maternity Leave Coverage – Jakarta), you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing speakers or strategic partners within the business sector. This role involves a proactive approach to partnership building, including extensive canvassing and market research to establish strong networks. You will be the bridge connecting our organization with experts, thought leaders, and collaborators who align with our goals. Responsibilities include: Conduct outreach and canvassing to identify potential speakers or partners within the business field; Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through research and networking; Initiate contact with potential partners, introduce our organization, and explore collaboration opportunities; Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss partnership terms and mutual benefits; Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, partner information, and partnership terms; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective planning and execution of partnership activities; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging experts within the business sector.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Proven 1-2 years experience in partnership building, business development, or a similar role; Strong networking skills, with a knack for identifying and engaging potential partners; Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets; Familiarity with the business industry and understanding of relevant topics; Comfortable with canvassing and cold outreach techniques; Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; Organizational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partnerships; Preferably Jakarta Based (Remote Working); Available to support a temporary coverage period for maternity leave from May to August 2026.
