About the Role


The Operations Officer plays a central role in ensuring smooth day -to -day business activities across SCG Indonesia. This position supports multiple functions — including supply chain, administration, and cross -department coordination — to keep operations running efficiently. It’s an excellent entry point for candidates who want exposure to different aspects of a regional business and are eager to build a career in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.

  • Support documentation, reporting, and process tracking across different departments.

  • Assist in monitoring supply chain and logistics workflows, from order entry to delivery.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues quickly.

  • Provide general business support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and vendor follow -ups.

  • Help implement process improvements to streamline efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic ERP tools is a plus.

  • Service -minded, proactive, and adaptable to a fast -paced environment.
