Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and clinic revenue.
- Create annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with the premium positioning and service standards of a Japanese beauty brand.
- Lead and manage digital marketing activities, including social media (Instagram, TikTok), performance ads (Meta, Google Ads), website optimization, and influencer/KOL collaborations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and brand activations, both online and offline.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and operations teams to package aesthetic treatments into attractive, marketable offerings.
- Manage and monitor marketing and sales performance, including targets, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring within the beauty and aesthetic industry.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure strong ROI.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, media, influencers, and external partners.
- Prepare and present regular marketing and sales performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with brand guidelines and Japanese service excellence standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales roles within the aesthetic clinic, beauty clinic, dermatology, or cosmetic industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels in service -based businesses.
- Hands -on experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, social media strategy, and lead generation.
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth and revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, CAC, etc.).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — mandatory, as this role will work closely with international stakeholders and Japanese management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross -functionally.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and attention to detail.
- Willing to work onsite at PIK 2, North Jakarta.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing influencer/KOL marketing and brand events.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer retention programs.
- Understanding of Japanese business culture and service excellence is a strong advantage.
