Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly machine inspections based on forms and checklists. Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule. Perform corrective maintenance when required. Monitor and ensure machines operate normally. Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, and inspection findings. Control spare part availability. Implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain workplace safety standards.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Minimum education SMK in Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician. Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance of electric motors, inverters, sensors, relays, contactors, electrical panels, cable installation, motor panels, and control systems. Experienced in using hand tools and power tools. Able to read technical drawings and wiring diagram. Knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems is an advantage. Able to work effectively in a team. Discipline, responsible, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills (English is a plus). Willing to work in a shift system. Willing to be placed in Jababeka, Cikarang.
