Who We're Looking For?



  • Preferably has 5 + years of experience in Training, Learning, People Development roles, based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry

  • Fluent in English,

  • Excited about being part of a dream,

  • Excellent analytical, problem -solving, leadership, and communication skills.

  • A strong believer in the power of winning together,

  • Able to use MS Office Programs actively,

  • Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera


What You'll Be Doing?


As a Learning & Development Executive, you are responsible for designing, coordinating, and evaluating employee training and development programs. This role plays a key part in enhancing individual capabilities and supporting business strategy through various learning initiatives, both in -person and digital.



  • Knowing principles of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation)

  • Identify training and development needs through organizational and individual assessments.

  • Familiarize for handling soft skill training & technical training, including delivery and preparation training.

  • Design and manage the annual training calendar.

  • Coordinate and deliver internal and external training programs.

  • Collaborate with vendors, trainers, and third -party providers.

  • Ensure training program effectiveness through evaluations and ROI analysis.

  • Manage training administration and documentation (attendance records, materials, certificates).

  • Support talent development initiatives, including onboarding, mentoring, and succession planning programs.

  • Manage end to end internship program.
