Job Description
Managing the end to end learning development process for operation team :
- Creating the learning development strategy and TNA based on business need / strategy or commercial strategy
- Managing the team and control the produtivity related to the training implementation
- Evaluate the training implementation until the impact level
Job Requirements
- Min Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Training & Development for corporate position is required for this position. Preferably with managerial level.
- 5 - 7 years relevant experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Harco Mangga Dua, North Jakarta &/ Landmark Pluit and mobile
