Qualifications:
- Final -year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Human Capital (Recruitment, L &D, Employer Branding).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in design tools (preferably Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, or Illustrator).
- Strong communication skills, detail -oriented, well -organized, and a good team player.
- Willing to work onsite as required.
Job Descriptions :
- Assist in preparing training class needs (attendance, participant list, materials, training equipment).
- Support technical execution during training sessions (online/offline).
- Collect and compile pre -test, post -test, and participant feedback results.
- Assist in preparing training evaluation reports in accordance with L &D standards.
- Take minutes of meetings and manage photo/video documentation during the program.
- Prepare progress reports related to the project
- Support employer branding activities (design content and publication materials).
