Role Description
We are hiring a
Junior Sales Executive
who is energetic, outgoing, and eager to grow their career in sales. This is a
field -based, on -site role in Denpasar (Bali)
, ideal for early -career professionals or fresh graduates who enjoy meeting people, visiting clients, and learning B2B sales on the ground.
You will support B2B acquisition activities by engaging with vendors, property agents, developers, and service providers—introducing them to the Indo Property Hub ecosystem and helping expand our partner network in Bali
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in acquiring and onboarding new B2B partners (vendors, property agents, villa operators, developers, and service providers)
- Conduct in -person meetings, basic presentations, and site visits to introduce IPH services
- Support the sales process from prospecting, pitching, follow -up, to closing under guidance of senior team members
- Actively visit the field to build relationships and expand market presence
- Maintain client data, leads, and activity tracking using Google Sheets / Excel / CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing & operations) for smooth onboarding and partner support
- Meet individual activity targets (visits, meetings, follow -ups) and contribute to team sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum education:
D3/S1
in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields - 1–2 years experience in sales
(field sales / direct sales / customer -facing roles preferred) - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Enjoys meeting new people, outgoing, confident, and comfortable doing field visits
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn sales techniques
- Target -oriented, proactive, and energetic
- Able to use Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel for basic reporting
- Must have a personal vehicle (motorbike/car) and valid license
SIM C or SIM A - Willing to work on -site daily in Denpasar, Bali (Sanur) and travel locally (around denpasar) for meetings
