To strengthen our team, we are looking for a skilled, proactive, and customer -focused IT Support Specialist to provide hands -on support and ensure smooth IT operations across our offices. You will play a key role in delivering high -quality service to internal users and supporting the tools and systems that keep our business running.
Your Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Deliver first - and second -line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 (M365 ) services, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Handle office IT support, including meeting room equipment and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops and other devices for new and existing employees.
- Troubleshoot and support Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to global initiatives
- Document solutions and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
What Skills & Experience You Will Bring To Us
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with M365 administration and related tools.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem -solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA A +) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
