We are seeking a highly motivated and detail -oriented Investment Analyst Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, a keen interest in financial markets, and the ability to translate data into insights. You will support the investment team across research, financial modeling, and analysis to drive informed decision -making.
Responsibilities
- Write and summarize market news to provide timely insights on macroeconomic developments, industry updates, and company -specific events.
- Input, clean, and organize financial data from various sources to support internal databases and research workflows.
- Build and update financial models, including valuation models, forecasting templates, and scenario analyses.
- Conduct analysis on financial results, such as quarterly earnings, financial statements, and operational metrics.
- Attend analyst calls and internal meetings, taking clear, concise, and actionable meeting notes for distribution to the team.
- Be resourceful in sourcing, validating, and analyzing data from public filings, industry reports, databases, and alternative sources to support research and investment recommendations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, self -driven attitude.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- A sharp eye for detail and high accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment.
- Genuine interest in capital markets, financial research, and investment analysis.
- Available to do the internship from February to August.
