Key Responsibilities :
1 . International Market Development
- Conduct market research to identify high -potential countries for expansion (e.g., Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Western markets).
- Analyze consumer trends, competitor products, pricing structures, and local food regulations.
- Provide insights to management for market -entry prioritization.
2 . Brand Localization & Strategy
- Adapt Lemonilo’s brand positioning, communication, and product messaging to suit local cultures and preferences.
- Develop localized marketing campaigns that highlight Lemonilo’s health benefits, natural ingredients, and Indonesian heritage.
- Coordinate packaging and labeling adaptation per local regulation.
3 . Channel Marketing & Partnerships
- Collaborate with international distributors, importers, and key retail partners (modern trade and general trade).
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities — sampling, in -store promotions, exhibitions, and digital activations.
- Support B2B partners with marketing materials and brand guidelines.
4 . Digital & Communication Management
- Oversee digital marketing and PR initiatives across multiple regions (social media, KOLs, paid ads, e -commerce).
- Ensure consistent brand tone and visuals across all global touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for regional adaptations.
5 . Performance & Budget Management
- Define regional marketing KPIs (sales growth, awareness, engagement, ROI).
- Monitor campaign results, consumer feedback, and distributor performance.
- Manage international marketing budgets efficiently.
6 . Cross -functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Export Sales, R &D, Supply Chain, and Product Teams to align product innovation with international demand.
- Coordinate with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance in each export market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, International Business, or Management
(Master’s degree is a plus). - 5–8 years of experience
in international marketing, export marketing, or brand management within
FMCG
,
food & beverage
, or
health product
industries. - Proven track record of
developing and executing marketing strategies
for multiple international markets. - Experience collaborating with
distributors, importers, and retail chains
(Modern Trade & General Trade). - Familiarity with
regulatory requirements
for food export (e.g., halal certification, labeling, FDA/GACC approval, etc.) preferred. - Proficient in
English
(verbal and written). - Additional languages, such as
Mandarin,
are a plus. - Passionate about a
healthy lifestyle and sustainable food products. - Culturally adaptable and open -minded.
