About The Role
- Lead and manage the bank’s internal communication initiatives to ensure clear, accurate, and consistent messaging for employees
- Design and execute internal communication strategies to increase employee engagement
- Develop, implement, and oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs aligned with the bank’s values and business objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, employee activations, and CSR activities
- Manage and oversee corporate events and sponsorship activities within the Corporate Communications function
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Communication, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across internal, CSR, and corporate initiatives
- Monitor, evaluate, and report the impact of CSR programs and internal engagement initiatives
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in internal communications, corporate events, CSR, or corporate communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Experience in managing internal communication channels (announcements, newsletters, bulletins)
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging internal activations
- Design skills for internal bulletins/newsletters are a strong advantage
- Experience in organizing events, sponsorships, and CSR programs
- Strong project management and reporting skills
- Passion for community development and employee engagement
