About the Role
SCG’s people are the driving force behind our innovation and success. As an HR Officer, you will help shape a work environment where employees can grow, contribute, and thrive. This role covers
recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR operations
to support our businesses across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities—from job postings to interview arrangements and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement programs, CSR activities, and internal communication.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking development plans.
- Handle HR administration, including contracts, employee records, and HRIS updates.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and SCG’s internal policies.
- Provide day -to -day HR support and respond to employee queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with strong internships will be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail -oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluent in
Bahasa Indonesia
and
English
