Arrange and manage the growth process of all staff to increase their capacities and capabilities by creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Lead on the design and delivery of induction training courses
- To lead on the design and implementation of all core mandatory training courses
- Evaluate all training and its effectiveness to continually assess content is fit for purpose and to continually evolve and improve our learning & development system.
- To carry out capability assessments across the organization
- Managing administration and coordination of training bookings, venue hires and maintaining great partnership working with external training providers.
- Support with the internal communications for learning initiatives across the organization
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees
